What is GenLayer Gym
GenLayer
GenLayer is a blockchain for intelligent contracts. An Ethereum-style contract can only do math and read on-chain state. A GenLayer contract runs on validators that can also read the public web, call an LLM, and agree on the answer. That means a contract can resolve a real-world question (did the Lakers win, what the wind speed in Bogotá was, who won an election) without an external oracle. Every validator runs the same prompt against the same sources and reaches consensus on the outcome.
GenLayer Gym
GenLayer Gym is where we measure what those contracts can actually do. Each benchmark picks a real workload and answers one question with raw data behind it. Pipelines, daily data, classifiers, and dashboards all live on this platform, so any number on the site can be reproduced, disputed, or extended.
